Article Description

In Sanskrit the word "Deva" stands for something divine, heavenly, excellent. Indian mythology knows 33 devas - angelic opponents of demons who act on a higher level than humans. In the case of HIFIMAN, there is a tendency to describe the DEVA model as a supporter of good sound.

The DEVA Wired comes without the Bluemini bluetooth module. Nonetheless, its focus is on mobile use with a player. The corresponding cable with 6.35 mm jack adapter is included in the scope of delivery. In principle, DEVA can be operated symmetrically with a corresponding cable upgrade. For DEVA, the source does NOT have to be a sound over-device!

The design of the new DEVA headphone is stunning. It is very elegant and stylish. Compared to the more serious look of the ANANDA, the DEVA looks much more elegant. It certainly is an eye-pleasing headphone with its silver and light brown colour scheme.

The build quality is also impressive. The headphone consists of aluminum and faux leather, which combine beautifully together and feel premium in the hand. There's plastic material on the connection points between the headband and the metal yokes, but those parts also feel very premium and rigid. All of the other parts of the headphone are metal.
