Product Description

iFi GO bar – small but powerful!
The DAC section of the GO bar uses a powerful 16-core microcontroller from XMOS, which processes the audio data at the USB input and has enough power to perform full MQA decoding. iFi's software engineers programmed the chip's firmware to optimize sound quality and ensure a perfect symbiosis with Cirrus Logic's 32-bit DAC chipset. A special digital filter minimizes pre-echoes and ringing artifacts. Our GMT (Global Master Timing) precision clock system ensures extremely low jitter.

External elements
The elegant light metal housing of the iFi Audio GO bar has buttons for precise volume control as well as controls for selecting various tonal adjustment options. A row of colored LEDs indicates the format and sample rate of the currently playing digital audio signal and whether XBass+ and/or XSpace are enabled. There is an asynchronous USB-C input on one end and a pair of headphone outputs (4.4mm Pentaconn and 3.5mm jack) on the other.

Transparency and performance
The design of the amplifier combines sonic transparency with power. No other headphone amp of this size is capable of driving difficult headphone loads or playing with a wider range of headphones than the GO bar. The iFi Audio GO bar also features two power adjustment technologies:
   - iEMatch - attenuates power for highly sensitive headphones and IEMs, removing background noise and increasing usable volume range
   - Turbo - increases the gain by 6 dB for more power-hungry headphones.
